Establishment - DOV dinner #1

First dinner of Dine Out Vancouver 2013!

Ken and I started off our DOVF dinners on opening night at Establishment, and dined on an amazing 3 course meal from chef Bongo.

We both started with Bongos famous African Peanut soup, and Ken followed with the Bison striploin with Juniper Berries.  I had the White Miso Black Cod in a Sake, Coconut, Kaffir Lime broth.  I loved my fish, and had to fight to finish it, as Ken wanted to wat it all.  After our entrees, we shared some tasty rich desserts - the Tripple Chocolate Mousse Cake, and the NY Cheesecake.  I cant wait to come back!
