Happy Valley Seafood

New local dim sum place!

I havent gone for dim sum in quite a long time, so when a coworker suggested we try a place super close to work, I jumped on it.  We ordered assorted seafood congee, jellyfish with beef shank slices, DF squid with peppery salt, shrimp on braised tofu, steamed radish cake, and steam prawn dumplings with asparagus.

It was my first time trying jellyfish and I absolutely loved it!  I also really enjoyed the seafood congee and the squid.
